Returns and Policies
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Please examine your order upon receiving it. If any item is missing, incorrect, or you find a flaw that we overlooked, please contact us within seven (7) days. After 30 days of receipt, the order is considered satisfactory and complete.
Can I return it?
Our fabric and supplies are first quality. However, if there is a problem with your order or you simply wish to return the fabric, contact us within 30 days of receipt to receive a return authorization. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Sahara Fabrics assumes no liability for time spent sewing or the cost of other supplies used.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned fabric must be uncut, unwashed, clean and free of odors.
If there is a flaw we overlooked, the refund is limited to the purchase price of the flawed item. If a flawed item is not returned, any refund or store credit will reflect the unusable portion of the fabric. Fabric sold as seconds may not be returned and is already discounted to reflect a flaw.
All returns must be authorized and completed within 30 days of receipt. Once you receive your return authorization, send the package to: Sahara Fabrics, 2275 Cassens Dr, Suite 107, Fenton, MO 63026. Enclose a copy of your packing slip or include your name and order number.
What is your shipping policy for returns and exchanges?
The customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not exchange items; please place a new order for the new item.
Can I change my order?
If you call or email us quickly after you place your order, we will do our best to accomodate your request. We process orders fast, so we cannot guarantee we will be able to make changes if your order is already cut or packed. Our official policy is: once an order is placed it cannot be changed, cancelled, added to, or combined with other orders. Nearly every item in the store is custom cut just for you. This takes very efficient order processing to do in a timely manner.
What if I forgot my free item?
If you forget your free item send an email to service @ diapersewingsupplies.com [remove spaces] with your order number included. If it is not too late, we will try to add it. No guarantees! (The policy for the free item is that it must be added to the order before checkout.)
What if we forgot to include the free item you added to your cart with your shipment?
While every attempt is made to be sure your free gift is included in your package, human error on our part does occasionally occur. In the event that the free gift is missing from your package, we would be happy to add it to a future order, but we are not able to send it out on its own to you. We hope you understand that as a small business, we need to watch our costs carefully so that we can continue to provide you with great fabrics at great prices well into the future. Do you charge sales tax?
There are no sales taxes charged, except for residents of Missouri. If you are tax-exempt, provide your tax number at checkout and we will refund your Missouri sales tax.
I live outside the US, will I be charged an import duty on my order?
Foreign country duties, if any, would be assessed by your home country. We do not mark packages as "gift" or lower the valuation. Customers are responsible for any duties or import charges assessed by their country.
Sahara Fabrics reserves the right to refuse any order.
